Not everything you’ve held has to stay unspoken
Not everything you’re becoming needs a name yet

You’ve spent years holding things together
For family, for work, for people who leaned on you without realising it
You showed up. You coped. You carried
And somewhere along the way, the parts of you that needed space, softness, and acknowledgment were put quietly to one side
This is that space
A space where you don’t have to hold everything alone
I offer the kind of space I once needed;
a place where you are met, heard, and held without expectation
Much of my work is with people who are still living inside what they’re carryingWhether that be caregiving, grief that hasn’t settled yet, responsibility that hasn’t lifted, or a quiet sense that something is changing but hasn’t resolvedOthers come afterwards when there has been a shift in circumstance,
but the echo of what was still remainsBoth belong here
You may recognise yourself here:
You’re the one people rely on, but you’re not sure who you can lean on
You’re tired from holding it all together, even if you rarely let it show
You’ve carried grief, change, illness or crisis
Because you’re functioning, everyone thinks you’re fine
You feel something shifting in you, but you don’t yet have the language for it
You don’t want to fall apart;
you just want somewhere you don’t have to keep bracing
You’re comfortable giving, but receiving still feels unfamiliar
Often, people arrive here not because something is “wrong,”
but because they’ve been holding things quietly for a long time,
and haven’t had room to stay with the complexity while it’s still ongoing.

This isn’t a space for fixing, performing, or rushing
It’s a space for truth, clarity, and steady presence
I work slowly, gently, and with care.
I don’t push for insight before there’s space.
I don’t rush decisions or ask you to “move on”We listen before we make meaning
This work isn’t about becoming someone new
It’s about making room for what’s already here
In practice, this looks like:
A calm, honest, no-fluff approach
Coaching rooted in lived experience as well as formal training
Space that doesn’t judge, push, or hurry you
Support that honours both where you’ve been and what’s beginning to emerge
A steady emotional anchor when things feel unsteady;
whether you’re overwhelmed, awakening, grieving, or quietly rebuilding
Together, we explore what you’ve been holding, what you’ve silenced,
and what may now need space
Sessions take place online via Zoom, and you’re free to move between session lengths depending on what feels most supportive for you
I offer three session lengths, because people who carry a lot often need different kinds of space at different times:
30 minutes — Light Session
A small, gentle space when life feels fullFor the moments when time or emotional space is limited
A Light Session gives you a short, steady place to land, to check in, breathe, speak something out, or gather yourself before the rest of your day
60 minutes — Standard Session
A steady hour to explore what’s really going onA Standard Session gives you the time and space to settle, speak, reflect,
and understand what you’ve been carrying
Not rushed. Not heavy
Just spacious enough to breathe, unravel a little, and begin to find clarityOften chosen by people who have spent a long time being “the steady one”
and are now unsure where they fit as things begin to shift
90 minutes — Extended Session
For the moments that need more roomAn Extended Session offers a deeper, slower space when life feels heavier,
more tangled, or emotionally layered
A wider space. A softer landing than you’ve had elsewhere
Time to arrive, open, explore, and close gently
We can move between these session lengths as life shifts and changes
I don’t list my prices because everyone’s situation is different
Instead, we talk about pricing together, calmly, openly, and without pressure;
during your introductory conversation
I offer single sessions, session bundles, and longer-term support packages, so we can shape something that fits your needs, your pace, and your circumstances
We’ll always be clear about costs before anything is agreed
There are no surprises and no expectations
Just an honest conversation about what feels right
If something in you is whispering
“I need this”… even quietly… you’re welcome here
You don’t need polished words
You don’t need to know exactly where you want to go
Whether you’re in the middle of something or finding your way afterwards,
we begin from where you are
A gentle beginning for the ones who aren’t sure where to begin
Maybe you’ve been holding things together for a while,
and something inside you has begun to shift
You don't need to have it worked out to begin
This is a reflective coaching space — somewhere you can explore what you’re carrying and where life may be shifting
You’re carrying emotional weight quietlyYou’re used to managing on your own, even when it’s heavyYou want support without being analysed or fixedYou’re moving through change or uncertainty
grief, transition, or something you can’t yet nameSomething in you is leaning toward being met with care
If you recognise yourself here, you belong here

This isn't a place where you need to prepare or perform
You can arrive unsure, overwhelmed, cautious, hopeful, or silentYou can arrive exactly as you are
We begin by listening — to what feels present
and what feels possible right now
Something that often goes unsaid:You can come when things feel heavy,
or when things feel flat,
or when things feel like they’re shifting under the surfaceYou can come when you decide you don’t want to carry this part alone anymore
If something in you is whispering, “This could help”…
or even just, “Maybe…” — that’s enough to beginIf something here has resonated
and you’d like to explore whether working together feels right,
you’re welcome to book a 30-minute introductory conversation
You’re welcome here — without needing to be anything else
I don’t list my prices because everyone arrives with
different circumstances and needsWe talk about pricing together; gently, honestly, and without pressure;
during your initial conversationYou can choose single sessions, bundles, or longer-term support, depending on what feels right for youNo surprises. No assumptions. Just clarity, care, and choice
Presence. Warmth. Depth. Lived experience
I work with people who have learned how to carry things quietlyOften, they’re the ones others rely on
The steady ones
The capable ones
The ones who keep goingThis is a space where that can be acknowledged, without being hurried or fixed

My way of coaching has been shaped by lived experience — by being a caregiver, by losing myself along the way, and by finding my way through the complexities of grief, both named and unnamedI know what it’s like to be the one who copes
To stay functional while something inside feels unseen
To notice that others have moved on, while you’re still carrying what wasThat experience doesn’t lead the work — but it deeply informs how I listen, how I pace, and how I stay present when things are tender or complex
I listen for what’s underneath the words, and for what hasn’t found words yet
I’m comfortable with pauses, with uncertainty, and with the quiet moments where something real is formingI don’t push for insight
I don’t impose meaning
And I don’t treat your experience as something to be managed or tidied awayWe work within a clear, professional coaching framework, held in a way that honours you and your truth, not overrides it
This work isn’t about shaping your story neatlyIt’s about having a place where you don’t have to perform strength
Where you don’t have to minimise what you’ve carried
Where you don’t have to arrive with answersSometimes we speak
Sometimes we sit
Sometimes we notice what’s been waiting patiently underneath everything else
We move at a pace that feels right for you
We listen together for what feels ready
And what isn’t, we leave for another time
My coaching training follows International Coaching Federation (ICF) professional standards and continues to be shaped by ongoing personal
reflection and development
If something in you feels drawn here, even quietly, that’s enoughYou don’t need polished words
You don’t need a clear plan
You don’t need to be certain this is “the right time”We can begin from right where you are
If you’re curious about how we might work together, you can find more details on the “Work With Me” page
Working with me isn’t about being productive, impressive, or “sorted”
It’s about being real — perhaps for the first time in a while
This is not a space where you’ll be rushed, analysed,
or pushed past what feels right for you
It’s a space where you can slow down, tell the truth, breathe, unravel a little, and explore what’s been building beneath the surface
You don’t have to be strong here
You don’t have to hold everything alone
What we do together is shaped by presence, curiosity, honesty, and gentle clarity — all at a pace that matches your capacity and what life is asking of you

I work with people who:Have been the strong one in their world
Don’t want to fall apart, but don’t want to carry everything alone anymore
Are living through grief, change, transition, or emotional heaviness
Feel something shifting inside but don’t know what it means yet
Want depth, warmth, and honesty — without intensity or pressure
Need a steady, human space where they can breathe, speak, or sit in silenceIf you’re overwhelmed, awakening, exhausted, grieving, uncertain,
or quietly hopeful, you’re welcome here

This is contemplative coaching. A space to slow down, listen inward, and gently explore what’s shifting
My coaching is:Warm and steady
Direct without being sharp
Attuned to how you’re really doing
Calm and grounded, even when life is messy
Responsive to what you bring each time
Shaped by lived experience and ICF Level 2 trainingI don’t give you a script or push you toward quick fixes
I sit with you, reflect with you, explore with you until things start to make sense again
You’re not something to be solved
You’re someone who deserves space
Life doesn’t always give us an hour
Energy ebbs and flows
Some days need brief support, others need room to breatheSo I offer three session lengths:
30 minutes — Light Session
A small, gentle space when life feels fullFor moments when time or emotional space is limited
A Light Session gives you a short, steady place to land, to check in, breathe,
speak something out, or gather yourself before moving on with your dayIdeal for:Check-ins
Grounding
“I just need to say this out loud” moments
Days when life feels stretched or heavy
Early steps into coaching
Gentle support when you don’t have room for a full hour
60 minutes — Standard Session
A steady hour to explore what’s really going onA Standard Session gives you the time and space to settle, speak, reflect,
and understand what you’ve been carrying
Not rushed. Not heavy
Just spacious enough to breathe, unravel a little, and begin to find clarityIdeal for:Emotional processing
Navigating a change or uncertainty
Understanding what’s been building beneath the surface
Speaking through thoughts and feelings you’ve been holding alone
Finding direction, clarity, or grounding
90 minutes — Extended Session
For the moments that need more roomAn Extended Session offers a deeper, slower space when life feels heavier
more tangled, or emotionally layered
A wider space. A softer landing than you may be used to
Time to arrive, open, explore, and close gentlyIdeal for:Big emotions
Layered or complex situations
Grief and Loss
Transitions
Moments that need slow unfolding
Sessions where you don’t want to feel rushed at the end

All sessions are currently held online, so you can:Come as you are
Choose a space that feels comfortable
Avoid travel or added pressure
Show up quietly, honestly, and realIn-person sessions may be offered in the future
I don’t list my prices because everyone’s situation is differentWe talk about pricing together calmly, openly, and without pressure during your initial conversationI offer single sessions, bundles, and longer-term support packages, so we can shape something that fits your needs, your pace, and your circumstancesThere are no surprises and no expectations — just an honest, grounded conversation about what feels right for you
Many people begin by saying:
“I’m not sure where to start”
“I don’t know what I need”
“I just know I can’t keep doing this alone”
That’s more than enough
We start with a simple conversation and decide together what feels rightIf we decide to work together, I’ll share a simple Working Together Agreement so everything feels clear and well supported for you
You’re welcome here, exactly as you are
A small step. A gentle beginning
Reaching out can feel like a lot, especially when you’re used to coping quietly or carrying things for othersThis doesn’t need to be a big moment
You don’t have to explain everything
You don’t need a polished story
You don’t have to know what you want from coaching yetA simple message is enoughSomething like:“I think I might need this”
“I’m not sure where to begin”
“Can we talk?”Whatever you say will be enough to start

Choose whatever feels easiest for you. There’s no right or wrong way
Book a 30-minute introductory conversationIf it feels right, you’re welcome to book a time to talkThis is a quiet, unhurried space to meet, speak a little about what you’re carrying, and sense whether working together feels right
Email MessageIf you’d prefer not to book a call, you’re welcome to email insteadYou don’t need to explain everything — a few lines is enough. I’ll reply with next steps, or an invitation to talk if that feels helpful
There’s no right way to reach out
